Good website to buy, good price, but if you need the costumer service they laught at your face

As a regular customer of Rollersnakes, I can honestly say the customer service and customer relations are incredible. I wanted a few things reserved, as I didn't have money until a certain date and they took the time and effort to sort this query out for me. They were very efficient, professional and helpful. They also kept in contact the whole time and made sure everything went smoothly during the whole process. Greg and Georgia were fantastic dealing with my query and I say thank you for your time and patience with me Greg and Georgia and I will most definitely be purchasing more brands from Rollersnakes in the near future.They also have a very wide range of skateboarding products at such low prices... Honestly I don't think anyone can compete with their prices. 5 out of 5 for me.

I've been shopping here for a few years now for skateboard products and it's fantastic. Never had any issues. Just taken delivery of another complete and tool delivered next day. Easilly one of the best skate shops in the UK.

Purchased the Frenzy Pneumatic scooter from Rollersnakes for my son. Super fast delivery, well packaged and couldn’t be happier with the scooter which is really robust and rolls brilliantly out walking on our country lanes.

First time in my life I see a company that is not offering free return. Very upset with the fact that I need to pay an extra £3 for returning my item. They are stating on the website that you can get discounted return later from royal mail however when I tried to purchase that label website was 'Not found'... So I emailed to their customer service and apparently, it's not available at the moment... From now on avoiding this company... As I found it very ridiculous all this situation.

The product arrived promptly & was what was expected. However, the package was dumped in my front garden which is on full view of the road, available for theft & announcing to the world at large I was not at home. Quite unimpressed by that!!

Brilliant shop! Been into the store a few times aswell. Easy to shop online straight forward fast delivery. Always great deals two for Tuesday.
